Galloway Cricket Club is a sports club in South West Scotland. It boasts one of the most picturesque grounds in the country and excellent facilities at the clubhouse which is based in the Cally Woods in Gatehouse of Fleet.
Galloway Cricket Club has one Senior Team that play in the Western District Cricket Union league. We also have a Sunday Team, a Women’s Team, and a midweek T20 team, playing in the Dumfries and District League
The main aim of the club is the promotion of the physical and social advantages of playing cricket in South West Scotland – including men, women and juniors – and providing improved facilities for all to participate in the sport. If you’ve never played cricket before, but fancy giving it a go, please do get in touch and come along to have a go!
Youth development is one of the club’s focuses for the future. The club has ICC certified coaches and is always keen to work with local schools to help inspire and develop the next generation of cricketers.
